Privacy policy
What Thin Air Harvest collects, how email is handled, and that no advertising script is running yet.
This policy describes Thin Air Harvest, a static collection of gardening articles published at https://thinairharvest.com. The contact address is contact@thinairharvest.com, written on the page as ordinary text. Each HTML page is wrapped in email_off markers so a host does not replace that address with a script link.
What the site itself stores
The pages are ordinary HTML, CSS, and a few text files. There are no accounts, no comment forms, no shopping cart, and no analytics script in this version. Visiting a page does not create a Thin Air Harvest profile. The site operator does not run a login database and does not sell personal information, because the site does not collect a list of readers.
Your browser will still request the files it needs, and the host that serves those files will see ordinary connection data in its own logs. That host, if the site is deployed to Cloudflare Pages or another static host, has its own logging and privacy practices. Thin Air Harvest does not add a tracker on top of the host. The fonts are files served from thinairharvest.com itself, so reading a page does not send a request to a third-party font service.
If you write to contact@thinairharvest.com, the message contains whatever you put in it. We use it to answer corrections and sourcing questions. We do not add the address to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive documents. You may ask us to delete a message thread you sent, and we will remove it from the mailbox we control. Mail that has already been copied into a backup maintained by the email provider may follow that provider’s retention schedule.
Cookies and advertising
This version does not set advertising cookies, does not load an ad script, and does not reserve empty ad space. There is no “Advertisement” label on any page. The HTML includes a Google AdSense account meta tag (ca-pub-3448742714248821) and an AdSense loader that stays inside an HTML comment, so the browser does not fetch it. The ads.txt file names that same publisher ID so a future approved configuration can be verified. Until that comment is removed on purpose, Google is not serving ads here and is not a vendor on these pages.
If the comment is removed after an AdSense application is approved, Google may set or read cookies and use data to show and measure ads, under Google’s own policies. At that point Google, not Thin Air Harvest, would be the party operating the ad request. Google’s description of how advertising cookies work is published at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Thin Air Harvest would not receive your browsing history from other sites as a data file we store. If ads are enabled, this policy will be updated to say so in plain language, and the change will show in the updated date.

Children
The site is written for adult gardeners. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
